[Resolved] Axis Bank Fastag — charging on tolls nh. even for not passing through the toll | |||
Dates of the incidents 6.12.2019/ 30.01.2020 (2 debits of Rs 55/- not visiting the Toll of Bankapur (NH4 near Haveri-Karnataka). Veh.No MA3EUA61SOOD25824. I have been charging the said Toll eventhough I did not visited the Bankapur Toll. Further these charges are effected for the journey between Gadag-Hubli.(where said Toll does not appear. (i) I have complained to Customer care [protected] who are not lifting the phone.(ii) etc.[protected]@axisbank.com No proper response from them. (iii) I have also complained to Banking Ombudsman Bangalore They are also silent. (iv) Even the complaint made to PMO sect Newdelhi also no response. There is no end for such day robbery and I am afraid of recharging the account. I need to get refund for my above debits. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
