[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not yet received from axis bank

I have placed online order for fast tag from axis bank on 5th jan 2020. Received order confirmation and fast tag wallet details (Etc customer id[protected].

But, till now i haven't received the physical fast tag.

Tried axis bank fast tag customer service, not reachable. Sent email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com with fast tag wallet details. Still there is no response from their end.

Very worst customer service.

Updated by Sara83 Verified in Axis bank on this issue directly. They have shared the Waybill # to track it with BlueDart Courier service, since its with them due to non-availability during courier delivery time. Spoke to BlueDart & re-scheduled the delivery and received the Physical Fast tag now.
