It is been more than 3 months that i requested for fast tag replacement from the axis bank.
Customer service seems to be very bad.
They are not well equipped to handle customer issues.
When called for customer care[protected] — most of the time it takes lot of time of to connect, when it connects they will take a request, assign the ticket number and takes months to resolve the issue.
Recharge facility is very worst. When recharge is done, it is not reflected in account and for that separate ticket has to be created which even takes months to resolve.
Can appropriate team pitch in to resolve this issue.
