I have been trying to get the details and fill in all details required for inward remittance on netbanking portal, the forex dept. Person from the branch says, its due to slow server.
I contacted customer support on call they told me to raise an email complaint (A support ticket), i have no reply since last 12 hours.
I can't do the formalities required for inward remittance in person or by going to the nearest branch, they have a netbanking facility for these things and that is not working.
