I had Axis CC in 2007 stopped using 2009. Charges went on going higher. Later in 2018 received a call from collection agency stating to pay 44033 towards full and final closure of the acount & also will remark as closed on Cibil, I have the letter also for the same. Made a payment of 44033 on July 2018, I have a payment receipt also for the same. Neither did I receive any NDC Letter from Bank nor its been closed on CIBIL, When emailed CIBIL for the same, I receive a email stating that Its pending from Credit Institution Please contact Axis Bank.
