Axis Bank — Not removing the lean & deducting money unnecessarily

Dear sir my name is Qureshi firoz & my account last four digits are 1080 my account has been marked lean for 24828 Rs due to non payment of credit card bill but they deducted 19149 Rs on 10/02/2016 & my account was in -5679 Rs that they deducted on 8/03/2016 at that time the payment of my card suppose to get clear but again i am getting a message that your payment is due of 5679 RS i am getting the bill in that it showing only 19149 Rs is received to credit card dep when i call customer care on credit card dep they said that sir we got only 19149 Rs only we didnt receive rest & transferred the call to savings dep there the said sir transaction happened of 5679 Rs its showing plz talk to our collection officer Named Mangesh Pawar Tel no [protected] he never picked up the phone so i kindly request plz look into this and clear my due & lean or else i will close the account in axis bank Plz contact me on [protected] firoz

i didnt got any email nor any solution from axis bank the only thing i am getting is that ur email is not register i am very politely asking axis bank that remove the lien & clear my credit card payment & also stop deducting money form my account in the name of credit card payments

its been ten days i posted a complaint about my account been marked lien & they are deducting my balance unnecessarily on 4th April they just replied me saying Sorry for the trouble. We have responded to you via service request number: 12282805 today on your registered email ID. Please reply on mail for any further assistance.but still my account is in lien & in -287.25 also just today i gotta msg saying you have to pay some 400rs i dont know why they a sitting in the office with deaf ears & with blind eyes can't see can't read can't hear

Please reply on mail for any further assistance.but still my account is in lien & in -287.25 also just today i gotta msg saying you have to pay some 400rs i dont know why they a sitting in the office with deaf ears & with blind eyes can't see can't read can't hear the took RS 287.25 now yesterday i receive a call that you have to pay more RS 500 more i dont know WTF is happening i request consumer forum to plz look into this matter or i have to move to the court

i just got a automated mail that's it but no solution yet nobody called me or mailed me solution for my complaint & i do'n't think my email id got register with you guys your service
why i am not getting any solution of my complaint the mail what i am getting on my mail its say that u email is not register with us so we cant help you. I registered my email on GREEN 56676782 so whats is happening i dont know & its still say there is a lien on my account and its is in -287.28 why its happening plz help me
