We have found that your account no-[protected] (SBEZY) was opened in (3043 sol) Kondotty branch where the average balance to be maintained is Rs.5000/- since it is a semi urban branch, whereas we have found that your account has been transfered to Calicut (136 sol) branch by you through digital banking(netbanking/Mobile banking) on 29/08/2017.The average balance to be maintained is Rs.10000/- in Calicut Branch as it is an urban branch.

Updated by ANOOPKR I regret fully inform you that your bank has the worst customer care i have ever witnessed.None of customer service numbers are functional.
Going to initiate legal action against bank if there is no refund within 10 days.

My axis savings (SBEZY)account number [protected]
The bank officials at your YMCA cross road calicut kerala, wrongly informed me the minimum balance needed as 7000 instead of 10000.The bank officials at calicut YMCA branch never informed me that minimum balance is 10, 000 rupees which is rbi rule violation.RBI clearly states that change in minimum balance is to informed to the customer by email or phone message.RBI guidelines also states that before deduction of minimum balance(consolidated charges) customer is to informed and instead of causing unnecessary harassment by causing deduction bank services are to be stopped in the particular account.None of these procedures were followed by your bank in my case.So i am entitled to get the money back since it was wrongfully misappropriated in first place without following RBI guidelines.The RBI guidelines are attached here with.
My account got deducted on account of non maintainence of minimum balace.

Dear Sir,
I am Ashok B Gupta account holder of Bhiwandi branch. Once due to some reason I visited the bank there I was advice to take this policy Apollo Munich Health Insurance by one of the executive of Axis Bank Pratik Madhukar Jadtap and the branch manager to take this policy to complete their monthly target. When they told me about this policy I was not ready because I was not having money. They convinced me to sign the policy and then they verified my all the document. On my leave, I said them that ''When I will get money then I will buy this policy''. Suddenly the bank deposited Rs 10, 000/- to my bank account so that the policy will get approved. This money was deposited by Axis Bank and in reference I am sending my Passbook details. My passbook details are as follows:

TIME: Between 4:30 pm to 5 pm
Bank's timing was closed then to this money was transferred. For proof you can check the CCTV footage of Axis Bank. These 10, 000 Rs was given by one of the clerk of Axis Bank. And then the next day, the policy was debited to my account as I told them to wait. The claimed was passed suddenly on 30/08/2018 and the amount debited was Rs 21, 118.46/- to Apollo Munich Health Insurance from my bank account. And the bank manager knew about this. Pratik has forcefully taken Rs 10, 000/- from clerk Somnath.
He payed this money through cash on cash counter. And they asked me to give money Rs 10, 000/- . As I was not ready to take this policy, I returned them Rs 5, 000/- on 21/09/2018 on account number- [protected] by AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK and the reference Id is[protected]. And the next payed Rs 3, 000/- to this account on 24/10/2018 and the reference ID for this is[protected]. Well, for your proof you can go through the passbook of the above account number. As in all I payed them Rs 8, 000/- and Rs 2, 000/-was balanced. Then after few days, my daughter felt ill and was admitted to S.S. HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE on 11/12/2018. They rejected this policy as my money was balanced and the claimed amount was Rs 9, 132/- And the claimed was also wrong. Actually it should be of Sanskriti Ashok Gupta but they made of Sanket Ashok Kumar. That's why this claim was rejected. For just Rs 2, 000/- they rejected this claim. The Branch Manager Rashmi More of Axis Bank knows all this matter but she now ignore this complaint and when I visit the bank again she does not even talk to me and tells the other staff of bank that don’t allow Ashok B Gupta to come to her cabin. Still now my Daughter Sanskriti Ashok Gupta is not feeling well If any problem arise then I will take strict action on Axis Bank Bhiwandi Branch.
Please I want you to pay your attention concern to this matter. I want you to sort this matter. And for sure if I don't get reply about this then I will sent this letter to Prime Minister of India, Delhi.
