[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refund from make my trip is not getting credited into my salary account

I made 2 booking on makemytrip and later called both. Makemytrip has refunded to axis bank. Booking No : NC[protected] Refund Processing Date : March 28, 2017 Refund Reference Number : [protected] Refund Amount : 1, 580 .

Refund done INR 4384/- on 30/03/2017 || ARN-' 75503727080012413607862 || Card Number : *******8356 but these refund ammount has not been credited in my account till now .

My email ID [protected]@gmail.com is registered with axis bank, i got email and text message confirmation for same, but when i am sending email to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com, I am getting reply "Your email is not registered .

I called 10 times to axis bank . Finally last time they register the complaint with service request ID - 30166317 .

But they are telling it can take 120 working days for refund process to be completed . I have not faith now on axis bank, the way they are behaving reflecting they does not care of customer problem .

I got the refund now. Checked online, also I got message regarding credit ..So we can close this.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My account no [protected] debited Rs. 9948 on 21/03/17 without any information. How is it possible. Please take necessary action about above matter.

Our company transfer our salary account to Axis bank. But Axis bank executive active other service like demat account, Credit Card etc without genuine permission and just ask for few sign in form. When we all empoyee ask for deactivate those service they ask for charge to disable those...!!! Never recommended Axis bank.
