[Resolved] Axis Bank — Related pmjjby deduction

Dear sir,
I have deactivated pradhan mantri jivan jyoti bima yojna (Pmjjby) on 16th of may as i have received msg from axis bank for deactivation on same day.

And i have got termination msg immediately on same day then too axis bank has deducted my 330 rs from bank account directly.

Please refer below sms from bank. I have both msgs in my mobile,

I have visited my bank branch but they have denied to return my money,

Dear Sir,

I would like to cancel my credit card. I am not using it since log and do not continuing more. My credit card no#[protected].

I have call to axis bank customer care for cancel this card . They have given me request no#31857083.

I am waiting for NOC or conformation from axis bank but still no any reply.

You can call on our phone banking numbers: 1860 419 5555/1860 500 5555 in order to cancel the credit card.
