Last Tuesday 5th sep'22 i received a message from axis Bank that credit card allocated to your customer id is freezed due to late payment or non payment. Whereas i have closed my credit card loan amount in month June'22 and other emis and received a NOC for same and bank statement... Yesterday I am unable to do transaction from my account I called to customer support they also said you didn't pay the credit card loan amount.. now i don't understand the from where this new credit loan amount came into the seen ... And i have never did any late payment to my credit card loans or other loans... I have no and screen shots of dates whenever i make payments.. i have sent an email to [protected]@axisbank.com, [protected]@axisbank.com and Amitabh.[protected]@axisbank.vom with noc screenshot and file also credit card June statement and this month payment to credit card screenshot
