[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Transaction showing failed and money deducted

I made payment of rs 5000 for ptet counselling through axis bank on 08/10/2021 at 4:50pm.the money was deducted from my account but at the challan invoice its showing "transaction failed ".please solve this issue as soon as possible so that I can participate in counselling in the given time.
