I called customer care many times they are saying that my policy is in lapsed condition and you have not surrender your policy. I have taken SARVE SHAKTHI SURAKSHA policy through CITI Bank on Sep-2011 and surrendered the same on 01-Jul-2013. Customer Executive from Bajaj Allianz called me for Surrender confirmation call on 09th Jul 2013(Kalyani from Pune) and she has explained me about the Surrender penalty and Administration fee and all. I am not satisfied with that since I have been informed that For capgemini employee there is no Administration fee when surrendering...

The policy return doesn't match with what is claimed in their brochure and explained by the Bajaj Allianze agents.

I took Bajaj Allianz "Sarve Surakhsa Policy" 3 Years back. When I took this policy the agent told me that I can surrender this policy after 3 years
