Proposed Insurance bumper to bumper not cover me
"Respected Sir,
As our telephonic conversation I have explained below the fact how to occoured.
Dated 15/06/2013 I was returning from Kharagpur , near Nandakumar
(NH-41)at about 17:45 hrs. Suddenly I saw an old man cross the road ,
no chance to bypass him, I breaked my car and stop the car but a
tata magic (chota hati ) failed or disbalanced his break behind me
and hit behind of the car. After this fact I saw that my car's diki
and bottom of the diki is fully damaged and could not open and at the
bottom there is a hole. It was necessary to open out some imortant
things from my car's diki. So I went to road side car mistry for open
the diki and he did the temporary job on the car at durgachalk,
Haldia .
I have taken the car from Jayashree Ford ,(Jamshedpur), Tata so I
contacted to Kaikan Ford and told all matter.
17/06/2013 I went to Kaikan Ford and met to Sandip Ganguly and then
went to Kaikan Ford's workshop , it was ture, workshop was unknown
place to me, so I reached late. After some conversation I told to
Pradip babu I will return tomorrow early evening.
My driver Krishna bahadur Rana drived the car, near Dulaghar,Hawrah
again another accident occoured at that night at about 20:45 hrs, when I return to Haldia.
a bus over take and came into my truck from left to right , my driver
moved to right more and hit the divider and breaked , at the sametime
an unknown car disbalanced and hit my back side of the car . After
that I saw, my car was damaged front side, back side and side door
also.
Dated 18/06/2013 I reached Kaikan Ford workshop and explained
everthing and fill up the form for claim my insurance . Kindly look
into this matter to get my full coverage and oblidge .

The above letter I have written when they have clearified me after surveying my car. Now they tell, at a time I have to claim insurance only one incidance not two i.e last incidance.

Bajaj Allianz Life Insurence. — Non Payment of Surrendered Policy Amount
1. I surrendered my Unit Linked Life Insurence policy on 28 Mar 09. I was told that payment will be made on 02 Apr 09 positively.2. On 02 Apr 09 I was told there is some problem in our system and payment will be made by 07 Apr 09 positively. Inspite of telling that it is very urgent requirement no official gave me satisfactory Answer and amount could not be deposited till 11 Apr 09 resulting my urgent requirement could not be made.
3. Because i could not finalize my deal i am stressed and harrased by company and feeling cheated.
