Dear Bajaj Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Shiva Scooter Agency, located at Ghaziabad, New Arya Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, yesterday.

My name is Manish, and I visited your agency with the intention of obtaining a quote and booking a Dominar 400. I had the opportunity to interact with two representatives, namely Rohit and Sourab (Manager). Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

When I inquired about the pricing details, both Rohit and Sourab initially only provided the final on-road price. I requested a breakdown of the rates, and after some pressure, they reluctantly provided the information. When I asked follow-up questions about the rates, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. They essentially told me, "Our rates are fixed, take it or leave it, " which was quite embarrassing and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, my father, who was with me and is an elderly individual, asked for a glass of water. Despite several reminders, no one at the agency attended to his request, which was highly disappointing and disrespectful.

After a lengthy argument regarding the rates, I finally asked them to provide a formal quotation. They created a quotation and even took an OTP from us for a test drive. Shockingly, they did not have a test drive vehicle available at their agency, which left me puzzled. When I questioned why they had taken the OTP if they couldn't provide a test drive, their response was that it was part of the process. This was both confusing and frustrating.

As a customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service at Shiva Scooter Agency. This experience was unlike any other I have encountered at any other agency. It was disheartening to see such behavior from representatives of a renowned company like Bajaj.

The issues did not end there. When I inquired about the different variants of the Dominar 400, they failed to provide clear information, including details about the OBD2 variant or any other options.

Towards the end of our interaction, when I asked about the expected delivery period for the vehicle, Mr. Sourabh displayed a completely unprofessional attitude. He made a phone call and then responded to me with an offensive tone, saying, "When do you want the bike? I will let you know tomorrow." This kind of behavior was unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.

Following this, Mr. Sourabh repeatedly called me on my mobile phone, pressuring me to pick up the vehicle today instead of our planned delivery date at the end of Navratri. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also highly intrusive.

I am left bewildered by the conduct of Mr. Sourabh, who identifies himself as a manager. I fail to understand how someone with such a demeanor and attitude can hold a managerial position within your organization.

I sincerely hope that this email serves as a wake-up call regarding the service quality and professionalism at Shiva Scooter Agency. As a potential customer, I did not expect to encounter such a distressing experience when considering a purchase from a reputed company like Bajaj.

I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not recur at your authorized agencies. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, and their inquiries should be handled professionally.

I look forward to a timely resolution of this issue and hope for a better customer experience in the future.

    On[protected] i left my baja pulsar 150 at kachiguda servcing center with the problem of vehical jerking while running and genral service, for which they charged me 3000 RS same day they gave my bike by saying everything done please come and pick up your bike. From day of service daily im visiting the showroom with same problem again & again but my problem is not being solved.

      I purchase Pulsar N250 on 4 Aug 2023, I don't know it's a defective piece or what but I am facing problem everyday and Bajaj Bagga Link service center Rithala not providing me any solution its almost 5 day my bike is no starting and service center is saying they don't have the part which they need to replace in New bike

      In just 50 days of purchasing, I got a problem with my new bike and did not get a solution it was dead for the last 4 days and the service center is saying they don't have the part and it will take more than 10 days.
      my bike is dead and even not getting started.

        I have an issue with Bajaj Service provider in Hisar (Sant Auto -Hisar). When I was visited in this branch and ask for my bike claim they said left bike here and we’ll process its claim further. But till now any positive response yet not received to us. When I ask to Mr. Samsher Singh (Customer Support) for owner’s contact number (Mr. Sunil Dahiya), he simply refuse me for it and gave another number. He also says that they were not sure when will your claim settled and due to this, I’m very disappointed. Since 11.09.2023 I have been searching around agency but haven’t found a satisfactory solution yet.
        So, I request you to please provide support to resolve my claim settlement issue of my Motorcycle. I have no other alternative because of this bike.
        I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.

          Chetak electric scooter

          I am facing problem regarding battery and the poor quality parts used in vehicle since 2 months .           Bajaj Chetak Service Issue

          A few days ago I jave purchase a Bajaj Chetak electric. I am residing in the malegaon Nasik District of Maharashtra. After a week there is noise is heard in rear wheel of bike of days. After that i visited to service center for diagnosis of issue.

            Hello team we received buy Byju's course for our son dhruv Soni after buying it in u days we did a mail that we don't want to continue this course so cancel it
            They said that you will get a call back in 1 day but I didn't get any call from Byju's
            Till today I did more then 15 mail and 20 calls but they are not cancelling my course so please help me to cancel this course and get my refund back .
            I also mentioned the order I'd of Byju's product and we deposited 10000 as a admission fees and i want this refund.

              I have not requested for any change. They have placed a bike service request also without my consent. They are doing something fraud. Please resolve the issue and take appropriate action agaist them

                  Bajaj auto debit 117 amount from my account. Remark of bank is bajaj_auto_cd__5450CDEJ . I don't tried to login in bajaj auto, I neither apply for loan nor any relationship with this company with me. Bajaj auto doesn't provide the any communication without phone. I don't know why he deduct 117 from my account without permission. Then why bajaj deduct this amount without any intimation.

                  There is no any way to communicate with bajaj auto without phone number. But when i tried to check my all mobile number, getting not registered.

                  Please help me to unexpected and theft debit of amount from account. Then how we will faith on banking. Any body can deduct amount from my account without any intimation.

                    I have not any loan from bajaj auto but they deduct 117 rs from my account today how can they deduct this amount if I haven't taken any loan from the bajaj auto transaction Bajaj_Auto_Cd/4400cd22 kindly sort it out and i want my this amount refunded.

                      Bajaj auto deducting 117 amount from my account every year. I have never purchased any bajaj products till date in my life. Not sure from where they are deducting the amount.
                      I just received "BAJAJ_AUTO_CD__425SCE716****2" message in my statement.
                      I tried to reached the Bajaj customer service they are not supporting.
                      I tried to login to bajaj customer portal too by saying my number is not registered with them. Then how they are deducting the money.

                        I purchased one Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC motorcycle on 15/01/2021 from Bharat Bajaj, Patia, Bhubaneswar, an authorized dealer. After 1.5 years the vehicle had a short circuit inside its switch section. After that, it was noticed that the engine turned off suddenly during the journey. Then I gave a complaint to the showroom. Then they send a service engineer to my address. They checked my vehicle & told me to take the vehicle to the showroom. After that, I took the vehicle to the showroom. They took 5 days to resolve the issue & delivered me. When I got my vehicle it was fine, but after 2 hours again stated a new problem. My vehicle didn't start. Again I contacted to showroom & gave them the vehicle. After 1 day they resolved the issue & delivered me. After 2 to 3 months, the speedometer of my vehicle didn't work. I took it to the showroom, and they kept my vehicle for 1 day but didn't resolve the problem. They told me that the part was not available in the showroom/market & when it will be available, we will inform you. But they couldn't resolve my problem till today. In short, I have not been able to use this vehicle satisfactorily till today. Now, I am quite disappointed. A serious complaint within 5 months of the problem arise date is considered to be a manufacturing defect. Even my fuel meter is not working properly. The complaint has not been resolved to date despite examining the authorized service centers.
                        I am a private Employee. I bought this vehicle with my hard-earned money. Considering the above facts, I humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and please be given proper directions to resolve the vehicle issues as soon as possible.

                          Hi, very sad about the service of my Pulsar Bike given for engine work in kalyani bajaj center in Mekri circle Bangalore.
                          They took around 25k, done a very cheap work. Instead i would have gone for new bike by paying this 25k as an advance.

                          After taking delivery, not even 1/2 km i have driven, gear was not operating properly, i have taken back to the service centre they even taken two more days to rectify the problem.

                          Very un professional behavior of staffs in management level.

                          I am still following up for warranty certificate 15 days, directly contacting The manager Mr. Diwakar. Not recieving my call and replying with message that i will call you later.
                          Bloody thinks that we dont have any work and only he works in this world.

                          Bloody this smartness would have showed in his work.instead texting and saying will call you later.

                          Its a very big cheat they have done, they called and said we have very good offer on engine health check up and discount too.

                          I am feeling would have saved atleast 15K by giving outside for engine work.

                          They charge me very high and i got cheated, lost money as wel as patience.

                            I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction and
                            concern regarding the warranty coverage of my Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle, bearing the registration number JK01AP-0187, which I purchased in the year 2021. My registered mobile number is [protected], and I am the consumer named Eashan ul Haq Rafiquie. The motorcycle was purchased from Paris Automobile, an authorized
                            dealer of Bajaj motorcycles.

                            I have faithfully followed the prescribed maintenance schedule
                            for my motorcycle, including the completion of the first three free services and three oil changes. However, I unfortunately missed one of the services scheduled in the month of March due to some unavoidable domestic problems.
                            Despite this, I promptly completed my last service when my motorcycle's odometer reading was approximately 11, 000 kilometers.

                            Currently, my motorcycle has reached a reading of 16, 000 kilometers, which is 5, 000 kilometers beyond the recommended service interval.
                            I believe it is essential to bring this to your attention to ensure that I
                            receive the necessary general check-up and maintenance under the terms of my warranty. I have always taken great care of my motorcycle and want to address any potential issues before they escalate.

                            As a loyal customer of Bajaj motorcycles, I have always appreciated the quality and reliability of your products. However, I find it disheartening that missing a single service appointment could potentially jeopardize the warranty coverage for my motorcycle. I understand the importance of regular servicing, but I believe that my diligent adherence to the maintenance schedule up until now should be taken into consideration.
                            I kindly request that you review my case and grant me the
                            warranty coverage for the general check-up and any necessary repairs that may arise during this overdue service. I assure you that I will resume the regular maintenance schedule as per the Manufacturer's recommendations from this point
                            forward.

                            I sincerely hope that you understand my situation and provide a
                            favorable resolution to this matter. I believe that honoring the warranty will not only strengthen my trust in your brand but also demonstrate the commitment of Bajaj to its customers.

                              I was purchased a Bajaj discover 150f bike in 2015 but it was some parts are collapsed but when I went to purchase new parts or given to service centres in authorised service centres the collapsed parts are not available in authorised service centres, showroom & private shops also
                              Now how can I use my bike
