I didnt get proper service for my pulsar 150, my bike's head light didnt work and speedometer displsty didnt work this the problem of my pulsar 150, so i give my bike to the service centre yesterday (20/02/2023) 09:30am. i didnt get any call from the service centre, so i call the service centre and ask for the service is done or not, i dont get proper responsen and the exicutive say you came tomorrow and get your bike.the today (21/02/2023)...

I bought 1 year before ns 125 but it was sensor problem frequently so i bring the bike to the nearest bajaj branch thiruvarur district here so worst behaviour to the customer very irrespective especially service manager rudely behaving with me so i very hurted for my choice of buying your company bike waste of money...

Dear sir/mam
i had done a service (sv bajaj). located at govindam ghaziabad.they open my half engine the do something in my motorcycle (up14ex7643), my problem in vehicle comes after 3 service engine is knocking and having a tak tak sound i don't know what the hell but the mileage i am getting is 15-20kmpl...after that i took my bike to shiva bajaj located at ghaziabad after service i thought my motorcyles problem will be resolved...

10 days before I bought Pulsar N160 Dual ABS. They have take more amount comparing to other dealers surrounding me. As well as they did not provide prober purchase bill including with RTO, Insurance/other charges any. They have only provide invoice bill with Ex-showroom price for that too I've asked them so many times. I need help and resolution for this...

I got my Bajaj platina’s 2nd free service done from Popular Bajaj (OMR Bajaj - Chennai) on 14th Feb 2023.

I was charged Rs.920 for the service.

There were some irregularities in the bill and I was charged Rs. 88.50 on account of HEX file updation and Rs. 117.99 on account of outsource job. These two items make no sense for a bike service.

I noticed after i drove almost 20-30 km that my indicator not working which was a great danger for my life.

Service Centre is not resolving my problem on time, they are extending the date. I submitted my bike at 2/2/2023 & today onward there is no response from service team.
Yesterday i.e., 3/2/2023 I surprisedly visit the service Centre in the evening & what I see is that my bike engine was in open condition & No service engineer was working on it after asking them they again asked for a day extension....

This is 2 years of experience with the Bajaj and it is my 3rd complaint ..

After my service, ontank speedometer is not working as they are telling simply that water has gone while they are washing in it now who is responsible for that?? There is no rubber switch is providing in the spare parts for that for simple switch cost 10 to 20 rupees it is not available and for that we need to take now new speedometer which costs 3k...
