My name is Girish Poojari having a customer ID 3561795 in Bajajfinserv (Contact No. [protected])

I had took a consumer loan (approx. 58,000/-) around 4 month back from Chroma Electronics, Thane for Sony Bravia LED with the help of EMI facility of 9 month from Bajaj.

The Bajaj executive told me to apply for EMI card as well which can benefit me in my future if I take any consumer products through Bajaj with a one time chargeable amount of Rs.199/- for applying the card which I had swiped from my credit card along with the initial amount.

He clearly told me that the card will be dispatched to your mailing address once the first 3 EMI is deducted from my account.

I had raised a request for my EMI card after my 3rd EMI got deducted. They mentioned me that my EMI card have been blocked permanently but not specified any reason for the same. So I had called the customer care and they told me due to 1st EMI bounced from my end so the card has been blocked.

As you check the EMI get automatically deducted from my account on 6th of every month.The first EMI (that was going to fall on 06/07/2012 )was never deducted from your end due to technical issues. Later when I got the call from the collection department that the 1st EMI is outstanding and due to technical reason it was not got deducted. Later I made the payment onlineand told them to contact Kotak Bank if any procedure is pending for ECS facility. And they promised me they will check with Kotak bank.

From second EMI onwards, it gets deducted from my account smoothly without any issues.

Even i have heard many complaints about the bajaj not issuing the card to the customer.They just fooling us and taking Rs.199/- from each one o[censored]s. If you can't provide the EMI card, then reverse our amount.

I am damn sure will never go for Bajaj cansumer loan in future and also let my friends know about it.

My name is Thomas. I have a bajaj emi card with no [protected] which is blocked since a few months. When I contacted the customer care they informed that they have no idea about it. Whom to contact to get my card re-activated. Also when I received the card the letter which came alongwith the card mentioned that the credit limit was 1 lakh, but when I went for a purchase the bajaj executive at the dealer point informed that the limit was only 50, 000. why is that so?
Same problem here too, I had applied for the EMI card and it says permanently blocked. I am not a new customer before I had taken loan from bajaj for sony lcd tv and already repaid it with no faults and I got the noc too as well and then I just applied for new loan for sony handy cam which was approved and I got the loan. same the representative of bajaj finance told me to apply for EMI card at the time of loan and I did it but now got mail that EMI card permanently blocked? Even with old customers who always repay the loan in time bajaj finance do like this. its a shame to the organisation. It make me feel now not to go to bajaj finance ever again.

    I have a Consumer Loan from Bajaj Finance and have my 6 EMI and have also applied for an EMI card online on 07/10/2012 by paying 200 rupees but have not recieved the card yet also there is no phone number to contact the consumer loan dept to get any info and no options available on IVR also no mails are replied,Customer Service is pathetic,i want the card or the amount to be refunded with an apology letter sent,my loan a/c number is 4050CD00297132, i also aplied for personal loan which got rejected for no reason and also applied bajajfinserv standard charted credit card almost 3 months ago for which i have not recieved any reply,i would be thankful if can send me the details on my email add :- [protected]@yahoo.com OR call me on [protected].

      my emi card has been blocked without any information
      Hello,
      This email is to inform you that I am holding a platinum EMI Card no : [protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my loan amount was cleared and I have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. Now my issue is my EMI Card has been Manual blocked without any prior intimation.And the reason is-unknown.

      I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked.But yesterday (i.e.[protected] when I tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked.I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked, when I have paid all my loans and I have no dues pending now, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.
      However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services.I would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record.
      Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card.
      Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.
      Am desperately waiting for a positive response from you.

          Taken 500rs Saying Late Charges- we will close your Loan -But Loan is Still Active.

          I had a call from Megha Customer Care (Bajaj Finservlending) Saying I have 500 rs Pending because I had delayed for payment in past.
          and also advised they will send me NOC letter in few days this was happened on 24th Sept.2012

          She gave 2 phone numbers to me saying Customer Care([protected]) and for His Manager Rajeev([protected]) he picks up don't answers the questions and pretend two times saying that- I will get NOC letter in 03 or 04 days. but still nothing happened.

            I purchased LCD TV with help of finance by Bajaj Finserv Lending, and paid all my EMI well in time (through ECS). It was completed/foreclosed from my side with the last EMI on 05-Oct-2012. But the company did not issue any NOC/Original Invoice Copy/Cancelled Cheque to me. I complained to Grievance Redressal Team also, but they replied that only e-version of NOC can be issued through email and No Invoice copy or cancelled cheque can be returned. They shall be retained by company for records. Kindly issue my Original Invoice copy and my cancelled cheque. Thanking you. Kindly register my complaint against the company.

            I had purchased a Refrigerator, with a finance scheme of Bajaj finance, The same was been repaid & closed. I have also received the NOC at my residence, but the cancelled cheques submitted by me at the time of application are not been returned to me.

            Please help in getting the cancelled cheques returned to me, as the same are of my account & they are of no use to Bajaj Finance as there Loan has been repaid & there is no outstanding.

              My name is arnoldo D. Arias, I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finance for the amount of 30,000 rs, the monthly emi was 1575 rs, I am a bpo sector worker and during the recession last year I have lost my job and was not able to pay my emi on time, my outstanding balance was 9,450 rs and bajaj finance offered me a settlement for 7,000 rs at that time I moved from Kolkata to Mumbai to search job and was not able to pay the settlement amount, I received calls from Bajaj finance but I had told them that was not able to pay as was out of town after some time the stop call me that was about September last year, last week suddenly I received a call from someone from delhi saying that there is a case in the Delhi high court against me and need to call lawyer V N Jha, I called him and he told me that the amount that I owe including penalties is 39,600 rs, 30,000 more in penalties, and that I need to pay that day itself otherwise a arrest warrant will be issued against me, I told that it is not possible for me to pay that amount, he told me that I have to pay the 10,000 that day it self, but I told him that in such a short time I can not arrange the money, the lawyer hanged up the phone, so please I request the authorities and to Bajaj Finserv to look after this kind of practices that cause mental agony and harassment to the people, I want to make a payment arrangement to pay the outstanding amount, the loan number is[protected], regards, Arnoldo D.                 Hi,

                this is to bring into notice that i had financed a LCD TV from bajaj finance with direct debit. But without my permission they had also activated some kind of insurance on my name. they called me on[protected] and said its a confirmation call to activate your insurance. That time i told them i am not confirming anything still they had activated the same without my permission and now they want me to pay them for next 1 year for the insurance which i have never applied for.

                  Bajaj Finserv adding insurance to consumer durable loan without the consent from customer.
                  Please find the communication regarding this to bajaj for my query and help me to get rid of this.

                  For the above mentioned loan EMI amount is 2600 and i am getting informed as it is 2857.So the bank is rejecting the ecs.
                  Please submit the correct ecs mandate to the bank.


                  You are cheating customers by adding an EMI for a card which has been told only a one time charge of 263 will be deducted at the time of taking the loan .But when log on to my account it is showing an EMI for 257 for 10 months which you are charging it without any communication or approval from me.I have the same query for your customer support previously and they are telling system it is showing like that we cannot help.
                  Please address this and do the needful.

                  We would like to inform you that the EMI card nominal fee is Rs. 199/- and it is charged at time of card application.

                  We would like to inform you that your loan account number 4040CD00296806, is covered under an insurance for which there is an additional monthly EMI of Rs. 257/-. Please note that this is a life insurance, which is provided with every loan for security of loan and loan account holder.

                  Also, we have mentioned below the complete details of your loan:

                  You are just giving false statements.Refund amount not credited to my account till date and it has been almost 15 days now.What about the cheque bounce charges rs.1050 .Don't tell me its due to sign mismatch, bank people are in touch with me and it is rejected due to amount mismatch for he insurance which you provided without my consent.

                    I had taken a lcd&music systom and for that I took a loan from Bajaj FInserv Lending. I was promised that after 3 EMIs I will be getting a EMI card. Which I have not got. I have paid 4 EMIs. Not only this without the card being issued to me . This is affecting my credit history. I had given compliant against this to Bajaj FInserv Lending and I got no response.                         Respected sir, I AMIR HUSSAIN i would like to tell you that i've been cheated by bajaj allianz agent while giving PL (LOAN ACCOUNT NO.4570PL[protected] as i am old customer of bajaj finserve, he has given me cheque confirmation without giving any documents he told me that there will 0.4 % interest will be charged, i've taken 30000 Rs. PL and i've paid more than 20000 Rs. still my outstanding showing more than 24000 Rs. i have stopped my EMI ,then one of their executive came to my office for payment so i gave him and he ensured me that he will come with settlement papers and policy documents also still i am waiting for him as i am getting sms and mails for payment now sir please help me what should i do as you can see my previous record.

                          My Bajaj Pulsur 150 vehicle no KA 19 EC 7871 met with an accident on June 13 2012 very next day I given it to repair in GIM Bajaj sales services MEGINA PETE Vittal sub Dealer of SUPREME AUTO DEALERS Mangalore.
                          I paid Rs.15000 advance No service station asks money before service but I paid hope my bike will be repaired early.I asked vehicle after 15 days but he dint touched it.Again I after One Month again same problem.After 2 months i asked he just removed the defected parts.Now it is around 3 months and i lost my patience, now he is absconding not picking call from past 10 days.I will not complaint against SUPREME AUTO DEALERS because they are giving best services.Before I was in Mangalore I was taking services in SUPREME AUTO DEALERS It was best.I Would like complaint only againt GIM Bajaj sales services Vittal sub Dealer of SUPREME AUTO DEALERS Mangalore.Please repair my vehicle and give it me before monday and penalty for delay.Please don't give your dealership for such irresponsible people like GIM bajaj Vittal it will spoil Bajaj company name.I am telling this because I am fan of Bajaj.

                            I have consumer durable loan with number : 4020CD00139824 with Bajaj Finserv lending. I have done full prepayment of said loan (Amt 12110) on 16 June 2012. Still the loan status is not closed and EMI got deducted for JULY. I am not getting any reply from Customer care and through grivence redressal team. This is the worst service I have ever seen.

                              I'm a subscriber of Bajaj Fin Serv, and my relations with you are nearing to 4 years, and i have taken 4 products (3 closed only 1 Current left) loan towards the home appliances purchase. Since i have been your customer, I have a very clear payment track my loan account. I have lots email offers with preapproved loans of INR 300,000 and two EMI Cards worth INR 50,000 each.

                              Here I'm including few of the recent Loans Accounts i have subscribed with:
                              Bajaj Finserv Ltd. Loan No: 4150CD00043148, 4150CD00043145, 4150CD00058130
                              While, I'm sending this email to report a serious crime, your Collection Executive Mr. Ayyappan Mob: [protected] and his Manager [protected], Office no 4D, 4th Floor, KG Oxford Business Center, Srikandath Road, Ravipuram. Cochin- 682016 had committed today 17/07/2012.

                              Since i was out of station, I could not manage to remit the current month EMI of INR 2034/- towards the loan account 4150CD00058130 . With regard to the current due, I and my family members received call from the Collection executive on 14/07/2012 and i agreed for the repayment by this week.

                              Since i was traveling back to my home, today, i called up the Executive Mr. Ayyappan Mob: [protected] and reported that, I will be late to reach home and promised the re-payment by 18/07/2012 without fail. Even though i reported minor delay, the Executive Mr. Ayyappan Mob: [protected] and the Manager [protected] gave me repeated calls [ Over 40 calls in an hour ] and warned me to remit the payments with in 18 hours he also used very abusive language in his conversation. While i was driving, my phone was attended by my Advocate and he asked them not to call repeatedly for a minor delay, and Mr. Ayyappan defamed my advocate's respect barking at him with his uncultured language.

                              The Executive, also came to my locality, and shouted before my locked house and spread false fame towards my neighbors, he commented to the people about the loan disputes and made them misinterpret me as frequent defaulter. He also warned me that, he shall use his political influence to assault me.
                              These act of him affected my self respect and dignity in my society. This a was very insulting act by your executive, who created this scenario for just a default of INR 2034/-.

                              My Son, Nathen had logged a Complaint addressing with the Police Station Kadavanthra, Cochin City on behalf of the misbehavior of your collection agent.The petition shall be further escalated to the Commissioner of Police and a Criminal proceeding shall be initiated against the agent and your Company, for the brutal acts and false recollection procedure.

                              Being a retired govt School Teacher, it was an unlawful act your Company Representative has done, and i will make sure that, your Company will never troubles any of the people in future with your false re-collection procedure. I shall wait for the reply to your email, and check if you taken any corrective measures to my Complaint. The Case, shall move against the agent and Company and this would enroll the Agent and your Manager under the Gunda List in the Town, and shall move a non-bailable offense against the guy.

                              If you plan to stay idle, the issue shall be further escalated to the RBI, Media and Political level and all the people who have been assaulted by your criminal acts in the City, shall unite and move against your finance racket.

                                    my name is mani. i have starting problem in my bike. occasionally the engine shut down after 5-10 minutes only the engine get started. after examined by mechanic they supposed that there was problem with CDI kit. the model dh 111019 was not available in trivandrum..then as per the dealer company's advice alternate model dj111008 is the alternate model that the previous models production was stopped. then i buy for rs 740/- and fixed it. after a few kms bike have the same problem and it doesn't starts..........please help me i am not wiiling to buy a new bike it is not worth to buy a new one

                                      I've bought a Samsung LED TV from UNILET Koramangala which has been funded by Bajaj FinServ. The worst part here is a Health Insurance has been automatically issued along with the loan account with out my prior acceptance or knowledge. This is just to cheat customers. I strongly believe this is not the best practice. I'm unhappy about this and ready to go for cancellation of my loan account immediately with out any further EMIs or ECS payments. Do let me know the procedure to cancel the loan account. I should expect a reply from you in a couple of days. I will settle your loan amout in a single shot in any modes of payment. I don't want continue any more relationship with Bajaj FinServ. Please find my loan details below.
