There is no proper customer care number to contact bajajfinserv there is only a chatbot that gives a robotic reply.

I am a bank employee and these charges are not levied from bank m very sure at the time of taking loan they didnt infromed me hidden charges inspite of askin also and this amount is debited without any prior notification.

Require reversal for the same.

    I purchased ac april month my emi regularly paying as per schedule but today I got msg that 118₹ debited without any valid reason.
    This is truly fraud.

      I ramesh laxman yennam, had took bajaj allianz health insurance on 27.03.2019 my policy number is. Og[protected]-00141918 for sum insured rs. 5 lacs, premium amount for this is rs.12, 702/- and the same was later financed by baja finserv emi card for emi of rs. 1271 x 10 months payable on 02nd of every month from 02.05.2019 as first emi through ecs from my wife's bank account. The bank detail is. The kurla nagarik sahakari bank ltd, saki naka branch. Bank account no. [protected].

      My first emi amount was auto deducted through ecs on 06.05.2019 for rs. 1271/- but later on 08.05.2019 my bank debited rs.450 as bajaj finserv charged late payment charges. Again on 28.05.2019 bank debited rs. 533.87 as bouncing charges even thou my payment was deducted on 06.05.2019.

      My second emi amount was auto deducted through ecs on 03.06.2019 (Monday) for rs. 1271/- again on 06.06.2019 my bank debited rs.236 + rs.236 total rs.472/- as bajaj finserv charged late payment charges. Even thou the payment was made on 03.06.2019.

      I am attaching herewith my bank statement for you reference.

      I am continuously receiving calls from bajaj finserv collection department for non payment of the same.

      Mr. Rashid & ms. Maria, (Your collection agents) had called me n number of time. I had also send the details to them through whatsapp but it was of no use. The screen shot of our conversation with mr. Rashid & ms. Maria is attached where with for your reference.

      Later yesterday dated 11.06.2019 again i received call for non payment of emi, so i visited your bajaj finserv office at 501, a sagar tech plaza, sakinaka, today dated 12.06.2019 at around 9:50 am, i explained the same to the person at counter, he said to contact bajaj allaiz as bajaj allaiz had cancelled your policy no. Og[protected]-00141918.

      Later i called bajaj allaiz customer care at[protected]. The executive informed that my policy has been cancelled. Later at my n number of questions, she said that 2 health policies were issued in my name for 5 lacs each and the second policy no. Og[protected]-00008032 for which i was completely unaware. Even i had not received any soft copy or health & wellness card for 2nd policy as told by your executive from bajaj allaiz co.

      I am also attaching herewith the call conversation recording for the same for your records.

      Now i need some clarification regarding following queries.

      1) why proper updates are not kept at your side regarding emi payment?
      2) why my policy no. Og[protected]-00141918 was cancelled?
      3) if my policy no. Og[protected]-00141918 was cancelled why such cancellation intimation is not given to me.
      4) do baja allaiz issues the policy of any customer without prior intimation and verification from the customer how is applying for any product from bajaj allaiz.
      5) do baja allaiz can cancel the policy on any customer without prior intimation and verification from the customer for any product from bajaj allaiz.
      6) who is responsible, if i was admitted in hospital for any emergency treatment and later while claiming the hospital expenses and at that time i would come to know that the policy which i took was already cancelled... It would be a heart attack for me at that time.. Who will be responsible for this.
      7) who is responsible for unnecessary deduction of charges from my bank account.
      Later they mailed / called me saying that my wife mrs. Lavanya yennam came to bajaj thane office and requested to cancelled the insurance. When i ask for proof as i know we need not visited their office. They send me the fake cancellation letter.in which the signature is made in the name of lavanya yennam which is not she signature.

      Further they had send me the cancellation letter as a proof that my wife mrs. Lavanya had made the cancellation request. The signature in this letter is not true. It is a fake signature made by bajaj team.

        One day i got a call from bajaj finserv to extend my laptop's warranty. They said that they will make 6 tenures for this ewc loan. I said OK.. But ther is a problem they made only 3 tenures.Please extend my loan's tenures to 6 or cancel it.

          I took a personal loan from kotak bank for balance transfer from bajaj finance loan account no 402spl62593665 and submitted cheque of rs, 9, 87, 000 given by kotak. The foreclosure payment of rs.500, 000 was done from own account before this foreclosure. Therefore there was a refund more than rs. Rs.500, 000 from baja. Now this company is refused to return this balance amount stating different reasons and more nonrelevant documents

            This is shabana begum and my pan card no is cbapb6914r. This is regarding bajaj finance loan account no 5400cd38865986 reflecting in my cibil report even though i have not taken any loan from you. When i checked the above loan account no in your local office its showing details of mrs shabana begum ibrahim javali which is not me. I am only shabana begum. And also its showing her adhaar and bank details. How a person can have 2 adhaar nos. And also my phone and pan no has been attached to her account as per cibil report. Above all your lawyer is calling me and asking me to come for settlement or else he will file a case. You people are unable to trace the defaulter and instead running behind me to pay the amount.
            Please look into this matter at the earliest and do necessary action to remove the loan details from my cibil report.
            Otherwise why cant i file a suit against u people,

            1. For giving me mental torture.

            2. Using my identity details without my concern.

            3. Reducing my cibil points because of your mistake.

            4. Trying to blackmail me with your lawyer.

            5. Making me to waste my time to roam around your offices to resolve the issue.

            Waiting for a genuine reply at the earliest.

            Today i.e on 13.07.2019 a lady called from [protected] and told me that she is calling from Delhi high court and asking me to pay the balance amount or else i will be made to pay the penalty of 50000.This is too much.I[censored] people couldn't solve my problem i need to take legal action against u.

              I am taken bajan fiancé flexi loan but loan time never told me about credit vidhya fees but after dismemberment loan then they have deduction my 4999 fees and bagic comprehensive care - due 5000

              So please cancel this credit vidhya fees, bagic comprehensive care and refund my amount 9999

                After that i have take a loan of amount 50, 0000 and i am repaying emi on time but why the bajaj has deducted rupees 295 three-four times in a month from my sbi account let me know and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                  Hi,

                  Recently I bought a reminder in AC Samsung, bajaj fin serv.

                  Recently through worst marketing strategy they have attached a cpp loan in my account.

                  I have sent many mails and spoke over customer care also, but have not solved the issue.

                  Trying to cancel the cpp, I am not able to do so.

                  Since the cancellation is process they have sent the documents I received the message

                  Bajaj should not treat the customer in this way.

                    Dear Sir/Maam,

                    I have taken PL of 2lakh rs from bajaj finserv ltd and 8 emi paid but this june 2019 month I failed to pay emi due to financial issues and going through hardship but after fews days m started getting calls regarding payment in very abusive way not understanding my situation, only threatening me, on 27th june 2019 Yesturday I got a call in my store landline at 8.30pm regarding payment I told him I don't have money Same time I was making him understand but Mr. Rafiq was rude he started giving me badwords he aggressivelay sad that do what you want to do complain police aur do FIR I don't care I need my loan amount money aur else I will call u on your store land line every time I will send my Person to your store Every day and nobuddy going to save you from me n then he cut the call.
                    If such things happen further again then I can loose my job just coz of this agents.
                    I really wish to provide you recording but call was on landline which doesn't has recording option, however I have log the complaint in police station providing them bajaj finserv recovery agent number. I respect my debt I will pay bajaj finserv loan but this is not a way to treat with consumer as per RBI rules.

                    I have done the NC on bajaj finserv recovery agents and NC can be Forwerded if asked.

                    Requesting you to address my quiry and take necessary action.

                      I ramgopal gupta nd i have a loan account in bajaj finserv. Rbi has reduce two times roi of all banks, but bajaj finserv is not reducing the roi anytime. They ask for money and then they will decrease the roi. Please check my problem and resolve this as soon as possible. The bank asks for the money to decrease the roi. Please check this and resolve my problem.

                        My husband had taken personal loan rs.50000/=from bajaj finserv and was paying the emis regularly. Group insurance premium rs.1502/= (For rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal life insurance of rs.150000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the free life insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to bajaj finserv and i have been asked to contact bajaj allianz. When asked in bajaj allianz, they again persue the matter with bajaj finserv.. I got the following reply from bajaj finserv: with reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. But till now, no response from them and i have been again asked to contact bajaj allianz putting me in loop. And regular calling threat, harrash me kindly help me please regards puspa singh - [protected]

                          Bajaj is calling everyday atleast 4 - 5 times and disturbing alot, inspite of asking them to remove the number from the list still they are calling on day to day basis.
                          They will call atleast 5 times on a working, sometimes when we are in urgent meetings at office thewy call us continuesly even we dont answer the call.
                          Request to kindly take proper action

                            I purchase a new phone from bajaj finserv loan no. 400mpddz631806 on six emi basis emi amount is rs. 2750/=per month for six months. Starting two months amount rs. 2750/= have been deducted but in april i received a message from bajaj finserv that your emi is rs. 3231/= instead of rs. 2750/= then i call to bajaj finserv executive and said about extra emi amount then he checked and told this is insurance amount then i told him already i purchased a insurance at the time of purchase and paid rs. 800/= cash then again he checked and told me this insurance will be cancel but after 10th of may your amount will be refund but after 10th of may again i called to bajaj finserv executive and said the same problem then she saidvthe same thing amount will be refund aftet 10th and she asked me for bank statement mentioning the emi, then i mailed them my bank statement mentioning the emi amount then after two days bajaj mail me that the time period of insurance been lapsed and amount can't be refund and more two excess amount will be deduct in next two months. They are the big cheaters already i lodged a complaint on 28th april 2019. Complaint no. Sr13696922. So kindly help me in this regard i shall be thankful to you. I am a unemployed 54 years old person.

As per the telephonic conversation on mobile number XXXXXX7802, at 05:15 pm, we discussed regarding the draw-down. We would like to inform you that as you had initiated the draw-down request at 10:30 am, and the same will be credited into your bank account by the end of the day. We would to inform you that any draw down request raised before 02:00 pm, will be processed by the end of the day. And any request raised after 02:00 pm, will be processed by the next working day. We have forwarded the Statement of Account for your reference on registered mail id. It is our constant endeavor to ensure that you have our attention always.

                              how i believe amount is disbursed same day. please follow the statement which gave to customer

                              I have salaried Personal Flex Loan with LAN :421SPF40175385.In that, I have raised withdrawn request for Rs.50000 dated on 24/06/2019. got the message from bajaj stated that "request is processed" but amount is not credited to my bank account.

                              so same day, raise complaint to customer support and got the response from them:
                              "Dear Thirugnanam, Greetings and thank you for writing to Bajaj Finance Ltd. This is with reference to your email regarding draw down against your loan account number 421SPF40175385.                               I checked on the next day (25/06/2019), Still now amount was not credited to my bank account. for that, Raised multiple complaints to customer care, no response from bajaj finserv.
                              but i got the email from bajaj finserv stated as:

                              Dear Customer,

                              Your drawdown request for Rs. 50000 towards Loan Account Number ending with XXX75385 on[protected] has been processed successfully.

                              Your current loan details are as mentioned below:

                              Loan Account Number: 421SPF40175385

                              Dropline Amount: 265000

                              Utilised Amount: 245000

                              Available Amount: 20000

                              but still now, amount not credited to my bank account.

                              Today third day, still now this issue is not resolved from bajaj finserv.

                              I need to this issue resolve to today otherwise amount revered to my loan account otherwise will raise complaint in consumer portal and court if needed,

                              waiting for your response. very urgent!!!

                                Hi, i meeryala keerthana have taken treatment from dr. Bhatra from bajaj finserv life care insurance, we are not satisfied with the treatment, so we want to cancel the insurance pls help me my loan ac no is 400lcfer156059. Monthly emi amount is 1150 only, so i request you to cancel my insurance from the bajaj. We have already paid one month emi in advance, we are trying to reach on customer care to report the same but we are not getting connecting, so kindly do the needful as early possible.
                                Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I was not use my EMI card long back I was taken that card for purchase a.c on EMI base with that card ... show room executive forced given this suggestion... that lone was closed one year back even though they charge 117 rupees on base of EMI card in active mode from my saving bank account

                                that too I have nothing to do with Bajaj card

                                This is a big fraud game played by Bajaj.

                                Please reverse it of Else i Will have to take action in consumer court for Fraud.
                                Request you to pls de-activate my card that was given to me as free & now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting.

                                Rs. 117 has been deducted from my saving account by DDR Bajaj Auto on 17th June 2019 without my consent and without any reason.
                                Bajaj finance is a fraud .

                                  I have used my card once and its now almost 3-4 months my card is blocked i dont know why i am paying my dues on tym with bajaj. When ever i am asking for a valid reason they are saying the same thing again and again as given below

                                  Transaction on your bajaj finserv emi card ending 8001 has been declined as the card is blocked in line with our policy.which you need to do nest transaction after 60 days.
                                  Kindly use an alternate payment option.

                                      My kotak current account is being debited by 117 rupees each month. why is this happening??? i havent used the card in ages and each month for no reason this fraud company is auto debiting 117rs ..                                         Product(lenovo laptop) purchased on 28/1/2019 from Shweta Computer park in Vijayawada(invoive no. [removed]).
                                        We have purchased laptop through bajaj finance on emi. As per the requirement we made some down payment and emi started. In starting only the product amount emi was deducted from our bank account. After few months extra amount started to deduct. When we reached them, they said that it is for insurance of product. But we didn't opt for any insurance because we already have company warranty of laptop. They said that they will look into this and cancel our insurance. But after few days they sent message that it cannot be cancelled since one month period was over. As the amount started to deduct few months after purchase we approached them by seeing that else if we had known earlier we would have approached them immediately after purchase. We approached their office many times and contacted their customer service many times. Every time they say that they will cancel our insurance and refund us but they never did.
                                        Desirable resoultion: Please refund the amount deducted in the name of digital cpp telebinding and cancel the insurance.

                                        We have been calling since long time sir. I have dialled nearly 50 times till now on today. But both numbers are busy throughout the day. Can you please arrange a call by informing me timeslot?
                                        I have earlier received a mail mentioning the same story of one month time period again. Today the rest of amount also deducted from my account. Please refund this soon.

                                        We have tried to contact your helpline but it was continually on engage when we call from registered number. After calling from other Mobile number they finally gave new helpline number and we reached your customer care employee. He was continuously arguing that insurance can be cancelled only within 30 days. How can we know that insurance amount will be debited at that time because Bajaj started to debit amount for insurance only after 2 months of purchasing i.e after 60 days. Do we get dream within 30 days that you are going to deduct amount after 2 months of purchasing a product in the name of insurance and it won't be cancelled as time period of 30 days within product purchase date is finished. Is this new way to cheat people? Now your customer care people are telling that insurance cannot be cancelled as we reached you late or as insurance amount was already deducted completely. Right from the first day on which insurance amount was deducted, we have been calling customer care and also went to Bajaj office many times. Every time your employees tell that issue will be resolved within 10 days and amount will be refunded. But it never happened. Today your employee is even telling that we reached bajaj customer care on June end and it was late. But you can track our complaints which are given from March onwards.
                                        Here you people always tell that you were unable to reach us and ask us to contact your customer care. We didn't get call from you and moreover when we contact, this is what happening.
                                        Please resolve this issue soon and refund our hard-earned money.
