I participated in bda e-auction and paid rs. 4, 00, 000 as emd amount for the e-auction ended on 30th jul 2019. I was out bid by other bidders, hence my bid did not go through. I was told by e-auction portal help desk that my ead amount will be credited back to my account in 3 days time. It is more than 3 weeks now and still no refund. Please help to get my money back. I have participated in the bda eauction ref: bda/em/e-auction/t-01/2019-20 through online portal (https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in). since i am not highest bidder in the auction; i supposed to get back the refund amount. I have not received any communication about refund and been waiting for the past 22 days.

I have tried calling e-procurement site help desk team; none of them responding properly...

Recently there was a drainage construction (Mori), post which all the demolished wastes have been dumped in and surrounding our bda site number 247, 248, 249.

Also with this work, the demarkation of site numbers are no more visible and hence it's not clear to identify the boundaries of each site.

Request this to be resolved at the earliest since we are planning to construct a house in our bda plot.

Hi, i am living in j. P nagar 8th phase bda layout from past 10 months but there is no proper lights and roads. I thought bda layouts will be clean and will give 1st priority to the commuters living there. It is worst than village roads and it will be dark in the road. Please work on the issue asap.

Illegal construction with deviation as per bda rules. Seems to be the owner has got approval with one plan and constructing the house with other plan or they would have bribed the concerned officers to get the approval as per current deviation plan. Submitted written letter with photos to local bda office after bbmp field officer's recommendation. Request you to take necessary action. If this is going to be in that layout every other plot...

Hi, I am resident of Sarathy Nagara BDA Layout, 1st Block, JP Nagar 8th Phase. Oppoaite to my house (door no 76), there is no tar road for about 50mtrs which connects to other cross of our layout. Outsiders are throwing garbages in this place and it has become a garbage dumping place. We can't sit in house and walk around because of very bad smell. If there is a proper tar road, people use that to commute and we can avoid the above garbage...

The main drain pipe which connects the Sapthagirinagar layout and rajakaluve was broken during the development work done around the lake last year. The sewage water from the drain has started to pollute the lake and the entire area is stinking because of this. There is no permanent connection is 6th block arkavathy layout thanisandra (Behind golden palms apartment). The bescom line is just 30 metres away in the old bbmp areas. Around 20 new houses are constructed and residents are inconveinced due to this. As all the houses have taken temporary connection the electric wires are hanging dangerously... It's a disaster waiting to happen with construction materials being moved around.

I am resident of bsk6th stage 10th block site number 1292, for my house drainage chambers is blocked in off my house wastewater is not going.

The same 10th block they have done completely replaced with old road new road and new drainage chambers a few roads but near my home, there is no facility at all.

- i have been following up since january 2019 and still there hasn't been clarity on my site.
- the bda officials claim there is no file present in the record room about this site.
- how is this possible? Bda allotted a site and it doesn't have this site in it's records?

We live in 441a 18th main 25 cross sector 3 hsr layout. There is a vacant plat just next to our house where heeps of garbage is dumped and it has become house of pigs mouse and we fear that swine flu might spread over here.
Also there is open sewer just infront of our house which hai became house for mosquitoes and we could not open our windows or doors due to the fowl smell.
Pls help to clean the open plot else it can spread...

I am staying in no 76, bda layout, 1st block, jp nagar 8th phase. Garbages are dumped in front of my house (Near site no 64 and road) as there is no road constructed which connects the next cross. It's very difficult to stay in the area as it's giving bad smell and a lot of insects due this.
