Hi team,

We are facing lot of inconvenience due to nice road. We have to wait for about 1 to 1.5 hours just to cross the the toll for payment and again during checking for toll.
After day long work in office and having lot of distance to travel, if we spend more than 1 or 1.5 hours to cross it is really hell.
Other places has monthly pass kind where regular travellers has desperate entries. They are extremely careless in this regard.
Please help.

Sub. : wrong marking of the boundaries of my site

I, b. S. Rajarajeswari, owner (Original allottee) of the above site wish to bring to your notice the following and seek your advice/guidance in this regard. I wanted to safeguard my site (Before taking up construction) by putting up a compound wall around. When our engineer approached the bda authorities at the bsk office, the concerned engineer deputed a person (Who had marked the boundaries of other sites in the area) to get the boundaries of my site marked. After that, i spent nearly rupees 200000/- to construct the compound wall.
After about a fortnight one mr. Mahesh (Phone:[protected] called on me and alleged that i had encroached into his site (No. 576, which he had purchased from some one else). Another person from bda who had accompanied him endorsed his view and advised us to sort it out between ourselves.
I want to know who is right and whose marking is authentic. How can i be sure that there'll be no problem in future.
Please guide me in this regard and oblige

Towing fee for two wheeler in bangalore is 650. This is too much. How can a person pay this much amount? Is it coming from tree to harvest and pay to traffic police. Where is government? Where are we? Is it india? Why this much high charge for towing for each vehicle. Still we eat food not money. This is a loop whole for the traffic police to loot public and earn money. Many traffic police officers not giving receipt to public and earning money in wrong way.

Please take it serious and resolve this issue.

Stray dogs in sanjaynagar - keb layout

I am resident of bangalore, near sanjaynagar, keb layout, near shiksha sagar high school, bangalore 560094. Every day we are facing the attack of stray dogs. Even in day time, i have seen children are being attacked by dogs. Most of nights, we were unable to sleep due to the dogs bark.

Govt has to take some serious action on this issue.

Street Lights on Bellandur EcoSpace Flyover on Outer Ring have not been functioning since more than a year. The adjoining Service road street lights have also not been functioning. Thousands of the people from different tech parks pass by this road every day. But the condition of the road is worse and because of the dark many accidents take place every other day.

I have logged the complaint to BBMP 6 months back but they said it has to be fixed by BDA. Please fix the street lights ASAP, people are suffering a lot because of dark.

Hi bda management,

Past 6 months in bda jnana bharathi enclave we have water problem and electricity problem. Everything the management collecting 300 rupees as water bill and electricity bill as per meter reading.

I asked many times. But they are replying as "some politics going on".

I am living in one rented plot in same bda since 9 months. My plot owner lives in some other place in bangalore. If i ask my owner he is replying as "even neighbor has same problem. Please reach them". When i moved to bda it was so clean and healthy environment. But now it looks like a big garbage. My mom is heart patient. I am a working women. If no water and no electricity 18 hrs in a day why should we pay water bill and electricity bill?

Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

We have not been provided any SAS or Application number for our BDA site in Anjanapura 11th block further extension.
Further, property tax can only be paid in cash or by DD. No cheque or online transfer permitted.

For 2015-16, Amount paid was Rs 1923/.
For 2016-17, amount collected was Rs 14920/.
Excess paid was Rs 12997.00

This is to report that some of the out side peoples are started disposal of dead bodies into the bda property situated at 6th block, bsk further extension (Vurshabavathi nagara) at thalaghattapura tank area and spoiling the living atmosphere of bda allotted sites occupants. This matter was already been conveyed to the local mla, assistant engineer, bda and the local carp orator, but this practice is continuing.
Hence it is requested to your good selves to look into the matter and protect the interest of bda site allot tees/occupant and oblige please.

This is to inform u that my name is arjun sathyaseelan and i had applied for alur flat on 15/3/2016 rs.31000/-. I dint get the allotment. But till dated there is no information from bda asking for my bank account detail to refund back my money. My resigration # 24512 and application # 03023.
Why it is so delayed. Kindly look into the matter and refund back my money asap.

Street Lights are not working in Further extension of 7th Block Sir M Vishveshwaraiah Layout Muddaiahnapalya, near Nirman International Public School., Bengaluru 560091 for the last one week. There is no information about who is the concerned person to contact. BDA is playing with the lives of common problems of common people. They don't even update their website. Giving big big advertisement will not solve the problem or get back their prestige unless they address it promptly.

Street Lights on Mahadevapura Flyover on Outer Ring Road up to MTB Kalyana Mantapa have not been functioning since more than a year. The adjoining Service road street lights have also not been functioning. Due to this, women are robbed of their chains, and mobile phones by anti social elements in the night. Many people have been robbed of their other valuables like money purses, costly mobile phones and brief cases due to the darkness on the service roads. There are no road reflectors on the median separating the surface road and the flyover. A couple of months ago, an edible oil tanker hit he median on the flyover and overturned, spilling over 5000 litres of edible oil on the nearby roads. This led to a series of 2 wheeler accidents due to slipping on account of oil on the road. This despite BBMP staff washing the road and covering the road surface with sand and shredded paper. A couple of weeks ago a truck collided on the median in the night, leading to traffic jams throughout the day. Hence, there is an urgent need to repair all the street lights on the flyover and service roads nearby and placement of reflectors on the median.

Dear Sir,
I had been allotted 30x40 site at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda layout as per website notification. My Application No. 032269. Registration No. 100861. Internet website notification. Allotment no. B-2-SB-232 for 30x40 site. Due to Financial stress I requested for cancellation on[protected] along with original registration card. The concerned officer Shri. K A Swamy informed me that I would receive the refund in a week. After 20 days again met Mr. Swamy and he told his staff to check and confirmed that the file has been approved by the authority for refund and he would send the file to Finance/Accounts for RTGS/NEFT payment next day. After almost two months nothing has happened. on inquiry Accounts officer says no file has come in my name, but Mr Swamy confirmed having sent it from his office. please look into kindly.

We live in D block sector 61. Stray dogs have become a constant nuisance in the area and they constantly bark and cry during the wee hours of the morning and throughout the night. They chase pedestrians walking outside and usually try and snatch whatever they are carrying. They have become a menace and started coming inside the house and creating havoc. They strew the garbage by pushing down the dustbin and dragging garbage right from the verandah to the entrance of the house to the main road. They attack and bark at the vegetable and fruit vendors and couriers walas and sometimes even the local residents which include children. We request you to please help us by getting rid of these animals by taking them to a shelter or rescue homes and restoring order in our block.

Applied for allotment of flat at Doddabanahalli-2 in response to the advertisement in the newspaper on 3/5/2014. Bangalore Development Authority by lottery alloted the apartment and I am not selected in the lottery. BDA is bound to refund the initial deposit of Rs. 4, 37, 500/-. Hello Sir,

There are about 14-15 dogs in my street and they are just increasing in number. The residents have sleepless nights since they keep barking all night all day. Please attend to this issue. It is creating a havoc, cant even think of stepping outside alone without the fear of being bitten.

Please look into this.It will be of great help
