This is in regards to my electricity bill as my bill amount is very high this month for no reasons. I enquired about the same to bescom, they said they will raise a complaint and it should get resolved within 24 hours. However, it’s almost a week now, I still haven’t heard back anything from them. I paid my Nov month bill on 12th Dec but still the Payment status is showing as PENDING and even after 2 days, no update from the BESCOM end and even their Customer Complaint No is dummy one and there is no such way to get the correct status about the bill payment done and check whether the Payment was received at merchant end or not.
