Street Light facing on wrong direction

Hi, the Street Light that is installed in front of my home is facing towards the inner road whereas it should be facing to the main road. Hence, this request is to get the street light face to be shifted to the main road....

Paid online but BESCOM shows transaction failed

I paid the bill of the current month online theough Gpay, amount debited from my account, but on BESCOM, its showing failed.
I have contacted Gpay, transaction is successful and I can see debit entry in my bank statement as well.
Kindly check the attached files and settle this issue asap...

I used bescom app to pay power bill of 1344/- on 8 Nov 2022.
The app used billdesk for sending request to google pay.
I paid 1344 on google pay, money got deducted from my BOI account. But, But still bill is not paid . It shows unpaid

Disconnection without any Update

There is no power in our locality from 3 days now. C5LG sector, on querying with the customer support there is no Update available regarding Power Cut, it's very difficult to manage with this type of behavior....

Retired superseniors being gouged with fraudulent bills, no response to complaints, arbitrary fake charges continue . . .

Misusing the job and completely unprofessional and not responsible and making the consumer suffer

Payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk UPI option but payment was deducted without reflecting in bill.

Paid a bill twice

Tried to pay my electricity bill of RS 451 using G pay but the payment got failed, also the money was debited from my bank account and didn't get any notification from the billers side . After 12 hours i tried to pay the same bill using my friends mobile, this time the payment was success . now technically i paid the bill twice, can I get my 451 rs that has been accidentally debited...

I see the street light in front of house number 1057 on 5th A Main, 1st Stage, 4th Block HBR Layout, Bengaluru 43 is not been attended for almost an year. In absence of street light, we have encountered rogue behaving badly with people and bike thieves trying to snatch the chains, bags, phones and valuables. Hence, please address this issue immediately.
