Amount got deducted from HDFC bank but bill payment failed

Bill payment done twice for 1606776000

Dear team,

Due to some issue with UPI, the bill payment of 710 Rs. was done twice.

I tried reaching the local bescom number but they asked to either come to office or call 1912.

I am outside banglore and won't be able to go to bescom office for 3 months, calling 1912 didn't help at all.

Please let me know if this will automatically adjusted in next bill or if it can be refunded....

Current neutral destroying and burning equipments

Bescom has complete destroyed all the electric appliances of all surrounding houses of jyothi Nagar, Horamabu Agara main road, blore - 560043
On the[protected], afternoon.

There was a loid noise from the transformer, and most of the appliances in the house have burnt.
There was alwaysba risk to people getting hurt.
This is happening on multiple occasions. Unless someone dies authorities won't take notice...
