i have lost my card this morning. is there a way to get duplicate with the balance restored? i know my card number - it there on namma metro app as well9which i installed just today morning before i lost the card)

I have lost my metro varshik card this day morning, and it was recharged by some amount via online, and I have the engraved I'd with me, also I have registered in normal metro login portal . It's reflecting my engraved id. I need help in this incident, kindly consider this query and do the needful,
