[Resolved]  Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Staff at Krishnarajapura station being rude to elderly peoply

Hi,
Today, 19th June 2024, i had booked QR tickets via whatsapp for my parents from Krishnarajpura to Sir. M. Visveshwarya station and forwarded the QR code to my mothers phone.
At the station, the entry gate scanned QR one time properly and second time there seems to be a issue in scanning.
The staff at the station, has spoken very arrogantly to my parents and said that they would be fined. She spoke in the same manner to me over phone call as well.
I would like to escalate this complaint and would like that lady to apologise to my parents (they are senior citizens)
How can a staff talk rudely when the system has an error?? She also we cant book tickets and send to someone. If so why on Earth has BMRCL provided with whatsapp number to book QR tickets?

I went to Krishnarajapura metro station around 6:30pm on 19th June 2024 and spoke to the officer named Gauthami. She contacted the staff Nalini who showed rude behaviour towards my parents and Nalini apologised to my mother. I would like this to be resolved and also thanks to officer Gauthami who handled the case well.
