[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Excess Bus Fare Payment

Dear BMTC team,
Today while making a payment through UPI, I paid Rs 28 instead of Rs 18 for fare from Kadugodi Metro station to Sai Lakshmi Bus stop. There is no way the conductor can make any refund it seems. Is it really so? how to make a correction for such human error, could you please provide some provision?
