Drainage over flow/blockage

In front of the house drainage getting overflow past 3 days, it is creating very bad smell. Not able to walk in the road. Kindly take immediate action.

Inadequate supply of Water and harassment by lineman

Address: 70/32, De. Javaregowda Road, 10 th cross, Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore -560019

We are getting harassed by one of your lineman santhosh, who behaves he is supreme of bwssb. He is harassing area people by opening valve for hardly 1 hour and later controlling the pressure to very low due to which we dont get waterflow through any of the taps. Alternative days we recieve water but its really insane getting tortured by a lineman due to which it is uneasy for us with inadequate water supply by bwssb. There are no othe water...

Erratic supply of water

Address: KG Colony, GM Palaya, Bangalore-560075

Extremely irregular supply of water in our area. As a result our water bills come down drastically (to Rs.300/-) and go up suddenly (to Rs 1300/-) in some month when water is supplied for long periods of time in a day. Since, more water cannot be stored it gets wasted in many cases due to overflowing sumps/overhead tanks. Action of the person responsible for operating the valve is highly suspect too!...

Water bill changed from Domestic to non Domestic without notice.

Address: no 152/1, 6th cross, Gangondanahali, NAyandanahalli Post, Bengaluru 560039

Hi,

My BWSSB meter is changed from domestic to non domestic, when contacted the billing person he asked to check with BWSSB team, they again suggested to come along with the agent and that agent is demanding a hectic amount of rs. 30, 000/. Please help to resolve this issue.

Overflow of drainage in front of the gate

Address: No 407 3G cross East of Ngeflayout ramamurthynagar kasturinagar Ext Bangalore

There is a drainage overflow in front of our gate. When enquired on the same it is been said due to blockage in the main road the drainage water is reversing back near our house. We have many children's who are staying in this location and old people who come out for playing and walking respectively. The drainage smell can effect them. We request you to take some action and resolve this issue....

Incorrect Water meter readings being generated

My name is Vadiraja Acharya, RR no is N 315060 /24, SUBDIVISION IS N12. Executive who is coming to collect the meter reading and sharing the bill is making mistakes while noting down the meter reading which is resulting in 10 times more increased water consumption than actuals. Actual reading in the meter is 0265000 however the executive is noting it as 2650000 which is completely wrong. Every month this is wrongly increasing my consumption...

Not receiving proper water supply from past 3 years

RWH cess

RWH cess is appearing in the bill even after implementation. No action taken by the concerned authorities even after the intimation in October 2022. Even the letter to P.R.O, Cauvery Bhavan has no effect....

Complaint about Cauvery water and the Bill

Hi Team,

We have cauvery water connection in our home, and have fixed the meter a year back. We hardly received the water 5-10 times in a year. We receive monthly charges of 135 though no water is coming.
This month (February 2023) we've received the bill amount of Rs.360 wherein S.C charges for borewell is been charged for Rs.150 and other charges of Rs.110.
We don't have borewell at my site and have been charged...

Drainage blocked CONSUMER NO:SE333864/M50

Always in our area drainage every 6 months there is blockage.
now also it was blocked.
kindly take up immediate steps to resolve this issue.
