Disputed bill not resolved for past 7 years.

Dear BWSSB members,

My Pranams to you all !!! I am writing this after all my attempts to resolve the matter for a solid 7 years.

Valvemen(kumar) closed my house connection with endcap

Address: Reliable lakedew Residency

We get water only once in a week and due to road work BBMP has damaged the pipe 5 times and everytime we repair the pipe . Today also it was broken ...the valvemen has shouted us for no reason and closed the pipe connection with end cap.

Why should we be blamed for BBMP, L&T and BWSSB people for no reason.

Does it mean water connectionneeds to be stopped for us instead of repairing....

BWSSB complaint portal doesn't work

Have been trying to file a complaint against an issue i am facing with BWSSB broken pipe causing water leakage. The portal doesn't allow for submition of complaint stating field doesn't satisfy the requirement when it is correct. I believe this is done to lessen the number of complaints recieved if none at all. Please look into this https://cms.bwssb.gov.in/module/complain/new_complaint address field of the website is the issue....

Blockage of sewage line in the middle

Address: RR No. N-221036 Nagawara near Raghavendra PG

Sewage line on our street has been blocked and wastage is coming back. I have made a complaint through BWSB online App. Screen shots are enclosed. Sorry to note that on both occasions, the complaints were showing as closed even attending the case nor I received any courtesy call from the concerned to check the issues. Please look into the same on priority as the sewage waste will fill our toilets at any point of time...

Getting penalty for glitch in the water bill online payment system for so fault of us

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the resident of 106, 3rd Main KGE Layout, New Bel Road, Bengaluru 560094.

Each month I am trying to pay monthly bill online. Unfortunately it is getting rejected afterwards. This is not possible for a customer to know since it is not getting rejected immediately after making the payment but later.

Now I see that penalties have accumulated over the last four months for non-payment....

The current month water bill is wrongly billed by providing incorrect readings (Bill No: N-238018)

The original present reading of the meter is 141000 but in the bill it is wrongly mentioned as 147000 (Bill No: N-238018). Hence request you to kindly notify the concerned billing person & update the water bill for current month...

there is no borewell but sc for borewell being charged and collected. Corrections not done.
Excess charges collected be adjusted or refunded immediately.

Meter Stopped

We are an apartment of 3 blocks A, B, and C and have 3 Cauvery lines with meters in each block. Last month (Dec'22) we did not receive any bill and when required with the BWSSB office we were told to pay as per last month's(Nov;22) bill the same amount as our meter is stopped and needs a new meter to be installed. This month we received bills for all the 3 blocks with mentioned "Meter Stopped" and the billing person is demanding INR22500...

Neighbor's Sewage overflowing on road.

Neighbor's Sewage pipe connection to chamber broken and overflowing on road. Informed Neighbor (Apartment Owner) repeated times, but, no action taken. E-162297 - Paid on September 21 to BWSSB but not credited

Dear Madam /Sir's,

I paid the BWSSB bill (Rs.5995/-) on September 21, 2022 through Kotak Bank Bill payment portal, but the amount was not credited to the account and again in the next bill the amount was shown as arrears. Again on December 8, 2022 I paid Rs.8, 644 through phone banking.

I requested the bank to credit Rs.5995 paid on September 21, 2022 but got the response (Please see the e-mail below) from bank...
