Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level...

We get cauvery water twice in a week for about 90 mnts with very very less pressure. There is an illegally running school who connect the motor directly to the cauvery water pipe by which we dont get the water at all. Though many times we have made the complaints to many authorities nothing has been done. A very dangerous pot hole has surfaced on high street, cooke town in front of no 6, embassy apartments. This is because some pipe rupture has taken place at the same spot some rework was done a few days ago by bwssb. The road has caved in there forming a huge hole with water. Very dangerous for vehicles who may not notice it. The place comes under jurisdiction of machilibetta bwssb office. Kindly attend to it immediately....

Water leakage is observed through damaged pipe near cmr school, opp 3rd d cross, kalyanagar, hrbr layout 3 rd. Block.in the open plot. This was reported over phone on 1 st march 2019. & no action has been initiated till date. Water is running into the gutter
Request depute personnel to resolve the leakage issue.

I reside in no17 gokul 3 rd cross coconut groove haramanu. I used to get carvery water once a week. But for the past 1 month. I have hardly got water for a single day. Now i am at the mercy of the water tankers who fleece me everytime. I am forced to pay thru my nose as i do not have bor well to meet my water needs.

From past 1 month the water supply in our 2 main 3 cross sriramnagar, near anjaneya temple bsk 3 stage, ittmadu locality is quite irregular.

This has been very critical issue as we do not have any private water suppliers to rely on and more off the seniors and house hold members are the great suffers as they stay 24/7 at home

Drainage line in our lane is blocked from past two weeks. Kindly send someone to clear the same. Dirty water is getting clogged in the toilets at our home and it is stinking very badly. The water is not free flowing, movement it tooo slow and hence the water has started oozing out of the manhole which is attracting many insects and especially mosquitoes.

There is an 35 years old sanitary chamber..in which we also have our sanitary connection... Due to road chamber has dumped under road and it's small too. As per bwssb they should renovate small and old chamber to new and bigone. They are already renovating other sanitary chambers in our lane and we too requested to do the same but one of the bwssb person is asking some extra lum sum to do. So we kindly request you to do the same and help...

Its been more than 7 months since ugd work is complete and many roads in vijayashree layout is not complete with tar patch work including 6th cross. Kindly have this completed at earliest. I am a resident of agara village, hsr 1st sector.in the road opposite to suvastu apartments, near srinivasa temple the cauvery water is mixed with drainage water for the past1month, and no action has been taken even after repeated complaints to bwssb and the area ae mr sahib anna. The water smells horrible and is not even fit to use for sanitary purpose. I request concerned authority to take immediate action.
