irrelevant billing charges

The water bill which i have recieved is too high for the litres consumed.
In the previous bill the amount was 400 rupees for 2600 lts.
This month the litres consumed is 2700 and the bill has come upto 2800???.
What's the math here. Does the bbmp department have a special formula?

We paid 2800 rs in january too.
Please do resolve this issue asap....

request to provide water

Hi,

I stay in putangi layout tavarekere btm 2nd stage and there is no water from past 5 days here. I have heard that due to metro work water has been stopped but now since the work has been completed kindly resume the water supply. It is very difficult for us survive without water. Along with me all the residents are facing the problem.

no water from past 2 days

I stay in bhavani nagar and there is no water from past 3 days here. I have heard that due to metro work water has been stopped but now since the work has been completed kindly resume the water supply. It is very difficult for us survive without water. Along with me all the residents are facing the problem.
Also goverment water vending mmachine has been closed since yesterday due to which we don't have drinking...

Sir,

We are provided bwssb water only for 2 days in a week that to for less than 2hrs. Which is not sufficient for managing the routine day to day work. Request you to increase the frequency atleast 3 days in a week as all the surrounding places water is provided every alternative day, then why our area been deprived by water or increase the number of hours atleast 5 hrs.

All the borewel l in the area is dried...

urgent : newly constructed drainage blockage

Issue : newly constructed centralized drainage chamber is blocked and the drainage water is clogged. Please come urgently and help us clear it so we can re-connect our drainage to the central sewage.

water is not coming to our house

We are facing a lot of water issue in our residence as we are not getting the water, every time we are bringing from tanker, but without fail we are getting the bill which i am not using, lodged complaint two times no one has come till now and checked the meter, but we are receiving the bill saying that suspected meter please rectify asap. Hopefully will take a strict action about this issue will be rectified...

poor or inadequate water supply to the palace gutahalli area

We are getting very low supply of water with inconsistent water supply frequency.

We are hardly able to carry out daily routines due to this.

Not to disconnect the waterline since the arrears r not paid by one of the resident in 801. Pl allow some more time as this is pending for a long time.
The residents may face problems if it is disconnected as all r poor workers and children have to go for school etc this arrears is not paid for so many months. Only now the authorities are giving warning....

irregular supply of water

Hi,

This is regarding irregular supply of water in our area. Earlier before the water supplier changed there was no problems faced. The water used to be supplied twice in a week. But these days it's been more than 3 weeks since the water is supplied. If we call the supplier either the phone is switched off or there's no response.

Kindly help to take immediate action and help to change the supplier....

no regular cauvery water supply to our apartment

illegal water connection

B36 kamakshi pg, b35 and b34. 4th main ramanjaneya layout marathalli all have illegal water connection from the underground main pipe line and not the subsidiary line connected to water meter. B34 and bet have meters but also possess one additional connection without neter. Bet doesn't have meter. The residents have reported this to the local office but all here are involved and no action taken from the last few years. Water flows outside...

irregular water supply / short supply

drainage work extremely slow

Hi,.in begur junction the drainage is broken 3 or 4 weeks back. After that 2 weeks the entire area was in very bad shape with drainage water. Somehow bwssb started the work in the mid of january but the work is extremely slow. Entire vitta sandra road is blocked hence the commuters are under going lot of trouble. contamination of drinking water

From the past few days the drinking water has been contaminated and has a very bad odour which makes it unfit for drinking.

Even after continuous boiling and heating, the odour is still bad and we are not able to consume it.

As an alternative we are using packaged drinking water, which turns out to be an extra cost for us even after paying the water bill.
