Water entering your basement through walls

Address: 1372/B, Manglik, 31st B cross, 4th T block, Jayanagar, Bangalore-41

Whenever it rains, water enters our building through our basement walls. We have no idea from where it is coming. Our building foundation is getting weak because of this. We request to send your technician to inspect it....

Sewerage pipe blocked in front of my building

My building is 469 Kothanur main road, RBI layout, J P N agar 7th phase, , Blore 560078.

The sewerage is blocked in front of my building and reverse flowing into our sanitary drainage.

Please unblock and clean the main sewerage pipe immediately.

Water not came almost 4 days

We are paying every month but water not coming properly in btm 1 stage. If not provided the water then don't send the bill every month. I don't know CM and other ministers. Very very worst government....

Water supply only once in 4 days

Hello I'm residing in Kanaka nagar 9th cross, R T nagar post and the water connection here is so bad that literally the water is supplied only once in 4 days and that's only for 1 hour.

Sewage Chamber overflowing and backwash in to my compound

Address: 35, 2nd Cross, Dena Bank Colony, Ganganagar, Bangalore 560032

For several months the sewage chamber outside my house has been overflowing and the backwash is coming in to my compound.

The smell and sewage water is unbearable and is a health hazard for the neighborhood. The local BWSSB Office (RT Nagar) is unable to provide us a permanent solution and every 15 days we have to beg them to clean the chamber.

Excess billing due to alleged non compliance of Rain water harvesting arrangement

Our RR No E 158917 Consumer No 58474 in the name of SR Gnanasekar At the time of getting water connection we had completed the water harvesting work in our house and photos were submitted as proof The officials from BWSSB came and inspected and then only connection was given and the eligible concession in the billing was approved and accordingly we have been receiving bills for the past so many years.

There is no kaveri water in our locality since 6 days, As you all know water is essential part of our daily life and with no kaveri it's getting tough to move on with our daily life. It was said there will be no water for 2 days and the main tank is getting cleaned but going beyond 4 days and so is making life hell. Please rectify this immediately or atleast say how much more we need to suffer for the basic necessity...
