Bank Of Baroda — 1000 RS RETAINED BY CASH MACHINE

Address: Surat, Gujarat

Respected Sir/Madam I had deposited Rs.3000/- at bank of baroda located machine on dated 03.05.2015 but machine accepted only Rs.2000/- and Rs.1000/- has been retained by machine. i had complaint at nanpura(Surat) branch. Bank Officer replied after 20 days that note of Rs.1000/- was duplicate.So can not be returned.this was unsatisfied reply after 20 days.
