Bank Of Baroda — 1913 has been refunded from amazon but not credited in my account

My refund of ₹1913.30 was intitated on 3rd march 2019 from amazon after cancelation of my order and is not credited in my account till now.
After talking with the amazon agent i got to know that the amount has already been sent to my account but bank has still not updated my account.
