Bank Of Baroda — about hardware error in deposit machine and cash not credited in my account

Hello sir i m k. S. Mohanan. I have an account in bank of baroda udaipur, sukher branch. I deposited cash18200 in my account through cash deposit machine in sukher bob branch. On dated 14/08/2017 at 6.24pm. Due to hardware error there is no cash credited in my account and no any cash return. Its all happening front of bank employees.. Plzz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
Please focus at unbahave staff.
Staff bahave not correct with every person. Ledis staff have great attitude.
She is use less. She is get free salary without do any work. she says every time i cannat know.
