Bank Of Baroda — about my refund in not showing in my account

Refund of rs. 692/- has been made by amazon on 31st march 2019 regarding a product
"the reference number of the refund is ref - 74332749091909034638260.
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response
Is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir ...on 24 March I m sending money to my friend ...but ...not received by him ...and that money not even in my account ... I raise dispute but then also...i don't get any call or any help for anybody ... I want my money in my account ...

I was booking a ticket on IRCTC app but the transaction got failed and money also deducted from my BOB card.
I complained about this to IRCTC care and they confirmed that the money is refunded from their side.
Kindly do something about this matter.

Sir my name is bhagchand jangid mera account boranada branch jodhpur me hai account no.[protected] hai aur mene 1/2/2019 ko lic of india ke liye 3493.88 ka transaction kiya jo ki failed hai aur account se paise debit ho gaye jo ki waapas abhi tak refund nahi huye please sir paise
