Bank Of Baroda — about my refund process

Address: 145/73,keishna puri gali no 1, mandawali, New Delhi-92, New Delhi, Delhi, 110092

As i had ordered one speaker on 31st august 2019 nd i returned it after a day.. Then i asked them to refund my amount... As i had paid cash on delivery.. And i want my refund amount in my bank account.. So amazon has processed my refund but there is some issues i am facing regarding my money.. I don't get my amount in my account.. So kindly take action against it..
