Bank Of Baroda — About refund money

Dear sir/medam
I ordered from swiggy and order is cancelled by the delivery boy himself and the it 6-7 days including Saturday and Sunday but till now i didn't received any refund amount from swiggy in my account. I asked customer care and they said they paid the refund amount but I didn't received any refund amount from them into my account.so kindly please help me..
