Bank Of Baroda — About the payment failure

I had an online payment to AMU for test through net banking on 2/2/2017 but the same was not successful. so, the amount of rs. 460/- was debited from my SB account no. [protected] of Bank Of Baroda, , Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088. Please look into the matter at earliest.
