This is related to the information i required related to PPF withdrawal before maturity.
For this, I had called the customer care support on 26/04/2017 at 10.57am where i was given the feedback that the terms and conditions of the withdrawal of PPF depends on the home branch and that they cannot provide any information related to this. When I asked her - how can the terms and conditions depend upon home branch, it is actually decided by RBI, upon this, she said that she has no information and then said to hold the line and she will inquire and let me know. I disconnected the line.
But how can customer care people give such answers. They can always say that they are not aware of the problem asked by the customer and can ask their seniors and get back to the customers.
This is very disgusting and frustrating.
