Bank Of Baroda — account debited but cash not dispensed by atm machine

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have an account in bank of baroda, rajinder nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad-201005 branch. My account no is [protected]. I have withdrawn a sum of rs. 15000 as on[protected]Sunday) from bank of baroda's atm having atm id - "ifddel87" situated at the gate of bank of baroda, rajinder nagar, sahibabad branch, i. E. From base branch's atm where account is opened.
But when machine starts to count the notes, machine got powered off. Money was debited from my account but i got nothing, machine does not dispensed any money. I wait there some time but result was zero. There was no guard at atm machine so that i may talk/compaint to him.

I complained regarding this to customer care as on[protected]. They noted down the complained and given me a complaint no[protected], and assured me that money will be reverted to my account within 7 days after cross check by their technical team. I contact to customer care many times, but they do nothing but always ask to wait for 7 days. I go to bank regarding this, but bank's executive told me that please make a complaint to customer care and money will be reversed only through customer care. I again complaint to customer care and they again me a complaint no and a time of 48 hrs to revert the same. Even i also complaint through bank of baroda's online complaint management system, and i got a tracker i'd 287221. When checking the status of complaint i got the below given details...

Original complaintname: mrs. Shimpi bhatnagar a/c no: [protected]transcation fail date:-05-nov-2017 and complain date:-06-nov-2017 tat over but amount not credit and rimarkas status:-{pending for vendor's reference_onus}so kindelly credit... Complain id no:[protected]... Amount:-15000

I am suffering a lot due to this inconvenience and money is still not reversed[protected]. I don't know how much time it will taken tom revert the money.

Therefore i request you to please make an appropriate action desirable from your side, so that money get reversed to my account.

I lodged a complaint regarding money deducted due to failed transaction about a month back which has not been addressed till now..I would like you to address it as soon as possible..
