Bank Of Baroda — account debited by money not dispensed

We have my saving bank account with bank of baroda... on dated 20.05.2014 we use our debit card for withdrawal of amount r.500- from ATM of bank of baroda... my account debited but the machine could not dispensed the money... we have instant make the complaint on toll free no. Of BOB... But till date we have not credited the same amount... Please do the needful... thnaks & regard kalp narain verma [protected]
