Bank Of Baroda — Account disabled

I was working on net banking of bob for 2 payments. 2 transactions were succeeded. The amount for both transactions were deducted from my account.

Then suddenly the second transaction got canceled and the amount returned to account as mentioned in sms. While trying to check into the bank account i found my account was disabled.

What kind of bank is this?

Always showing error.

Very very poor netbanking service. I really hate bob netbanking.
