[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — account dormant due to non usage of ATM card for 4 years

I am subasri ... I have opened my account in villupuram branch in the year of 2010 and I dint use my ATM for past four years and now I have money in my account I am unable to withdraw my amount by using by ATM...so please give me a solution now I am currently staying in Chennai..i really don't know how to activate my ATM...
