I (a/c no. [protected]) have submitted my ID
proof more than two times on asking by Branch Manager (Heeraganj, Pratapgarh,
Uttar Pradesh)
Last time I have
submitted my ID proof on 5th January 2015, but still I am unable to
withdraw my balance.
As per branch manager- they
will unfreeze the account within 32 working hours (start time 5th
Jan 2015), but still I have not get any response regarding by freeze account.
Also I did a call on customer
care, they said that you have to visit your branch to submit the KYC.
Looking for support, as Branch staffs are also rude and forcing me to close your account.
