Sir, Amazon company deposit a cheek amount of rs. 11648/- dated on[protected] in my account no.-[protected], but amount not show in my account, i have made many calls for call center. but not response, so please help me.

My BOB transaction password has been disabled.I want to reset my password without that i cannot send money to my parents.can you please help me in resetting the password with my debit card or so as i cannot go to bank as bank is very far from the place i am there.
