Bank Of Baroda — After applying for d'mart ipo money still shows lien balance

I applied for Dmart IPO my money still shows as lien balance. I am not able to withdraw it until it converts in available balance. I visit branch several time. Email to complain I'd. Call on tall free number but no one gives proper response.

It's already more than 20 days.
