Bank Of Baroda — amazon has initiated the money but I did not receive the money

A refund of amount 11399 has been made by the amazon on 20feb regarding the product which i have ordered. The product was redmi note 8pro phone. But refund has not received yet. Refund transaction provided by amazon is 66t0qccy0000k63wclu6. Bank is saying that no amount has been received by them. I have talked by than again and again but no response is coming from them.
