Refund of rs. 499/- has been made by amazon on 09th of august 2017 regarding a product (Order number is[protected]. The transaction id no. Is [protected] But, the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responses is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. My self Ravindra singh and I have a bank of Baroda account holder .I oder a shoes but shoes is not better so I replaced the shoes but not refund in my account.I call customer care of amazon, they gave me a Refund Reference # 1CVZGSVH0000K19YP9AS.
So please solved my problem.

But i haven't received any refund yet.
When i say my issue to bank than bank
Not tell me any thing .
