I have done amazon mobile recharge transaction through bob debit card 7days ago. Both the time the transaction got failed and my cash got debited twice, i have not received a refund yet nor any confirmation from bank of baroda. They are just behaving horibble. Sick and tired of giving the details to them again and again. Yet no refund. They took all details along wid ny contact number. Both the recharges got failed and my card got debited. Just given a service request number with no result for the same. I feel like just closing ny account wid bank of baroda. Better to switch other banks rather.
