Refund of rs. 1899/- has been made by amazon on 09th of october 2019 regarding a product and i got my amount 22th october afatr submit charge dispute form aftar that on 23th october amazon verification procces of refund they debit my 1899 again ref no[protected] is that transection now they saying that this is heppen becouse of tecnical error & submit charge dispute form for this again so plese help me
