I made a transaction through NEFT from BOB Mconnect+ app on 24/05/2019 but due to some technical issue in NEFT the transaction got failed and amount debited from my account but beneficiary did not get the credit. It's been 20 days I did not hear any working progress over this issue and my 1 Lac Rs are stuck at BOB. I visited Home branch and lodged a complaint again it but I did not receive any satisfactory reply from them.

After several follow ups with Base Branch finally the issue got resolved and beneficiary received the transacted amount.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by viru2fly I have already contacted the support team and lodged complaint but it's been 21 days now and there is no sign of resolution to such critical issue. And the worst part is they closed the complaint by saying to contact the base branch.
